删除你的数据

你可以随时删除在问象天机中产生的全部数据。有两种方式。
方式一：在 App 内自助注销（推荐，立即生效）
- 打开问象天机 App
- 进入「我的」页
- 点击「注销账号」
- 按提示确认
注销后，我们会立即删除该账号下的全部云端数据：命盘档案、AI 问答记录、订阅关联信息、以及登录时从 Apple / Google / Facebook 接收的邮箱与平台用户标识。删除不可恢复。
数据库备份副本中的残留数据，会在注销后 30 天内随备份轮转彻底清除，此后不再有任何副本留存。
方式二：发邮件申请
如果你已经无法登录 App（例如换了设备、丢失了邮箱访问权限），可以发邮件到：

邮件里请说明：
- 你注册时使用的邮箱地址
- 你使用的登录方式（邮箱验证码 / Apple / Google / Facebook）
我们会在收到申请后 7 个工作日内核实并完成删除，并回信确认。同样在 30 天内从备份中清除。
关于游客模式
如果你从未注册、一直以游客身份使用，你的命盘数据从未上传到我们的服务器，只保存在你自己的设备上。卸载 App 即可全部清除，不需要联系我们。
Delete Your Data

You can delete all data associated with your 问象天机 (Wenxiang Tianji) account at any time. There are two ways to do this.
Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended, takes effect immediately)
- Open the 问象天机 app
- Go to the Me tab
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm when prompted
This immediately deletes all cloud data associated with your account: astrology profiles, AI conversation history, subscription linkage, and the email address and platform user ID we received from Apple / Google / Facebook at sign-in. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Any residual copies in database backups are purged within 30 days of deletion as backups rotate. No copies remain after that.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you can no longer sign in to the app (for example, you changed devices or lost access to your email), send a request to:

Please include:
- The email address you registered with
- The sign-in method you used (email code / Apple / Google / Facebook)
We will verify and complete the deletion within 7 business days of receiving your request, and reply to confirm. Backup copies are purged within the same 30-day window.
Guest mode
If you never registered and used the app as a guest, your data was never uploaded to our servers — it lives only on your own device. Simply uninstalling the app removes it entirely. No request is needed.
